워크플로 인스턴스는 호스트가 WorkflowInstance.Suspend를 호출하거나, 워크플로 인스턴스 내부에서 SuspendActivity 활동이 호출되거나, 워크플로 런타임 엔진이 워크플로 인스턴스를 일시 중단하여 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 워크플로 인스턴스가 일시 중단되면 워크플로 런타임 엔진에서 WorkflowRuntime.WorkflowSuspended 이벤트를 발생시킵니다. 호스트는 이벤트 처리기를 WorkflowRuntime.WorkflowSuspended에 추가하여 이 이벤트를 구독할 수 있습니다.
