WindowsRuntimeBufferExtensions.CopyTo Method (, )
For apps that target Windows Phone OS 7.0 and 7.1, do not use any members of this type in your app. If you do, your code will throw a MethodAccessException. This type is security-critical, which restricts it to internal use by the .NET Framework for Windows Phone class library.

Copies all bytes from the source buffer (Windows.Storage.Streams.IBuffer) to the destination buffer, starting at offset 0 (zero) in both.

Usage Note
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IBuffer. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter.
