매개 변수
buildMessage
형식: AsyncReplyChannel<'Reply> -> 'MsgAsyncReplyChannel을 보낼 메시지로 통합하는 함수입니다.
timeout
형식: int회신 메시지를 기다리는 선택적 시간 제한 매개 변수(밀리초)입니다. Infinite에 해당하는 기본값은 -1 입니다.
반환 값
회신을 반환하는 비동기 계산(Async 개체)이거나 제한 시간이 만료된 경우 None입니다.
