이 메서드는 로 Owner 식별된 SubscriptionID 구독의 속성을 값 newOwner으로 변경합니다. 그러면 구독이 새 소유자의 보안 컨텍스트에서 실행되고 User!UserID 보고서의 필드에 값 newOwner이 표시됩니다.
