EVENTSETID_VIDEODECODER
The EVENTSETID_VIDEODECODER event set notifies clients when a video decoder change event occurs, such as when a new physical input connector is selected.
The event item in this set is specified in the KSEVENT_VIDEODECODER enumeration.
The only event in this set is KSEVENT_VIDEODECODER_CHANGED.
