Display drivers: New in the Windows Driver Kit (WDK) for Windows 8.1

In Windows 8.1, new display device driver interfaces (DDIs) are used to query GPU engine capabilities, support hybrid architectures, improve rendering performance, and implement Miracast wireless displays and multiplane overlays.
