Supported Topologies

The Service Bus per Windows Server only supports a farm with 1 computer or a farm with 3 computers.

SQL Server can be installed on the same physical machine with the Service Bus per Windows Server, or on a different one.

The Service Bus per Windows Server databases can reside on multiple machines as well. All of them need not be created on a single database server.
