NavBarContainer.removeEventListener method

[NavBarContainer is no longer available for use as of Windows Library for JavaScript (WinJS) 4.2. Instead, use SplitViewCommand. ]

Removes an event handler registered through the addEventListener method.

Syntax

navBarContainer.removeEventListener(eventName, eventCallback, useCapture);

Parameters

  • eventName
    Type: String

    The name of the event that the event handler is registered for.

  • eventCallback
    Type: Function

    The event handler function to remove.

  • useCapture
    Type: Boolean

    Set to true to remove the capturing phase event handler; set to false to remove the bubbling phase event handler.

Return value

This method does not return a value.
