Converts the String to a DateTime using the XmlDateTimeSerializationMode specified

A DateTime equivalent of the String.

Exceptions

Exception Condition
NullReferenceException

The dateTimeOption value is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

FormatException

s is an empty string or is not in a valid format.
