Comentarios

La ValueType propiedad obtiene .NET Type del valor con tipo del nodo actual.

Por ejemplo, un elemento de tipo xs:int tendría un ValueType de Int32 de forma predeterminada. Sin embargo, ValueType podría ser cualquiera de los tipos válidos que se pueden asignar a xs:int , como Int16 o Double.

Si un nodo no tiene ningún tipo, equivale a la anotación de tipo en el nodo que es xdt:untypedAtomic. En este caso, la ValueType propiedad devuelve una cadena para el nodo. Para obtener más información, vea Compatibilidad de tipos en las clases de System.Xml.
