The horizontal offset for the cells panel. The registered default is 0.0. For more information about what can influence the value, see DependencyProperty.

Remarks

The DataGridCellsPanel is the layout container for rows. When scrolling, the panels have to compute an offset to know which part of the panel should appear in the view port.
