_get_osver

Visual Studio 2005

Gets the current value of the _osver global variable. This function is obsolete and will be removed.

errno_t _get_osver(
   int * pValue
);

Parameters

[out] pValue

A pointer to an integer to be filled with the current operating system build number.

Returns zero if successful; an error code on failure. If pValue is NULL, the invalid parameter handler is invoked as described in Parameter Validation. If execution is allowed to continue, this function sets errno to EINVAL and returns EINVAL.
