Vikram Singh has 15 years of Windows-based software development, testing, and program management experience. He joined Microsoft in 2001, where he contributed to Windows XP development. During Windows 7 development, Vikram drove background activity engagements that helped developers design activity with reduced impact on PC performance and power. Vikram continues to own and improve the background activity infrastructure for the next version of Windows.
