Returns the system product name of the local device.

Syntax

Property value

Type: String [JavaScript] | System.String [.NET] | Platform::String [C++]

The system product name of the local device. The value must be less than 1024 characters.

Remarks

Note  Windows Store apps only. Use this only if the SystemSku is empty. SystemProductName is retrieved from the registry. If the registry can't be read for any reason, SystemProductName is returned as an empty string. If SystemSku is not empty, SystemSku is recommended to be used as the Model string. Otherwise, you can use SystemManufacturer and SystemProductName to compose SystemSku.
