EasClientDeviceInformation.SystemManufacturer | systemManufacturer property

Returns the system manufacturer of the local device. Use this only if the SystemSku is empty.

Property value

Type: String [JavaScript] | System.String [.NET] | Platform::String [C++]

The system manufacturer of the local device. The value must be less than 1024 characters.

Remarks

Note  Windows Store apps only. SystemManufacturer is retrieved from the registry. If the registry can't be read for any reason, SystemManufacturer is returned as an empty string. If SystemManufacturer is not empty, SystemSku is recommended to be used as the Model string. Otherwise, you can use SystemManufacturer and SystemProductName to compose SystemSku.
