CharacterGroupings.IndexOf | indexOf method

Returns the index of a specified CharacterGrouping object in the set of character groups.

Syntax

var result = characterGroupings.indexOf(value, index);

Parameters

value

Type: CharacterGrouping

The CharacterGrouping object to find in the set.

index (out parameter)

Type: Number [JavaScript] | uint32 [C++]

The zero-based index of the CharacterGrouping object, if found. The method returns zero if the object is not found.

Return value

Type: Boolean [JavaScript] | Platform::Boolean [C++]

True if the object is found, otherwise false.
