Component could not successfully create requested object
This error has the following causes and solutions:
- The ActiveX component's executable (.exe) file failed to run correctly. There may be a problem with the information in the registry.
For additional information, select the item in question and press F1 (in Windows) or HELP (on the Macintosh).
