Synchronizer could not be initialized. (Error 3532)

It is not possible to start the Synchronizer. Shut down and restart your computer. If the error persists, reconfigure the Synchronizer.

To configure the Synchronizer

  1. Start Replication Manager.

  2. On the Tools menu, click Configure Microsoft Replication Manager.

  3. Follow the instructions in the wizard.
