Determines if an accounts payable transaction line needs to be included in Intrastat.

  Vendor account number on the transaction line.

• _countryRegion
  Type: LogisticsAddressCountryRegionId Extended Data Type
  Destination country region of the accounts payable transaction.

  Type: LogisticsAddressCountryRegionId Extended Data Type
  Country region on the transportation of the accounts payable transaction.

Return Value

Type: boolean
true if the accounts payable transaction needs to be included in Intrastat; otherwise, false.
