User self-service password recover or reset

If your users can't sign in to Partner Center operated by 21Vianet, they can recover an existing password or create a new one.

Users can recover or reset their passwords from the Partner Center sign-in screen by selecting Can't access your account? and following the on-screen instructions.

This is the only method for users (including yourself) to re-gain access to Partner Center. Global admins cannot reset a password on behalf of a user.
