Report a problem with Partner Center

If you experience problems with Partner Center operated by 21Vianet, including technical issues, billing issues, and subscription management issues, submit a support request.

Follow the process below to report a problem that you're experiencing with Partner Center. If a customer is experiencing a problem that you can't solve for them, follow the process in Report problems on behalf of a customer to submit a support request on their behalf.

To report a problem with Partner Center

  1. From the Dashboard menu, select Support requests > Partner Center requests.
  2. Select New request. You are taken to 21Vianet's support request form.
  3. Complete the form, and then select Submit. A support representative from 21Vianet will contact you directly.
