Check service health

If customers experience issues with a service offering, follow the steps below to check the status of the service.

To check service health

  1. From the Dashboard menu, select Customers. Select a customer from the list.
  2. In the Customer menu, select Service management.
  3. For each service in that customer’s account, you can choose View service health for metrics about whether the service is running properly, announcements about upcoming updates or interruptions, and historical data.

If the problem still persists after the end of the service outage, you can submit a service request to 21Vianet on behalf of the customer. See Report problems on behalf of a customer.
