Microsoft publishes many documents that CSP partners need for deciding whether to enroll in the program, enrolling new customers, selling Microsoft products and services to customers, and reconciling their bill.

This guide defines requirements for reselling products to customers as a Cloud Solution Provider partner.
Cloud Solution Provider - Partner Agreement
Microsoft requires partners to sign this agreement to join the Cloud Solution Provider program. You should select the appropriate guide for the market in which you plan to sell.
Customer agreement template
Partners are responsible for ensuring that customers understand and accept Microsoft’s terms and conditions, including acceptable use of the Microsoft products and services. We provide partners with a template for the material they must cover when they enroll a new customer.
You can download pricing details for partners on the Sales page. There are two separate price lists – one for license-based services, including Office 365, Enterprise Mobility Suite, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and one for usage-based services, including Microsoft Azure.
The license-based price list is updated monthly, and Microsoft releases new pricing 30 days before it takes effect.
Usage-based pricing is dynamic and changes constantly.
CSP partners can sell Office 365, Enterprise Mobility Suite, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Azure. For more information about which SKUs and product bundles are available to sell within these product families, Microsoft posts the Cloud Reseller Offer Matrix on the Sales page. This document is updated monthly.
For CSP partners who use the Crest Usage Record API, Microsoft also publishes a list of the Azure Services in CSP on the Sales page.
