2.2.1.19 PidTagMessageRecipientMe Property

The PidTagMessageRecipientMe property ([MS-OXPROPS] section 2.795) is an optional property indicating that the receiving mailbox owner is a primary or a Cc recipient of an e-mail message. If this property is present, it is set to either 0x01, in which case the receiving mailbox owner is specifically named as a primary or a Cc recipient of an e-mail message and is not part of a distribution list, or 0x00, in which case the receiving mailbox owner is not a primary and not a Cc recipient of an e-mail message. The default is 0x00.
