2.2.1.79 PidTagMessageSubmissionId Property

The PidTagMessageSubmissionId property ([MS-OXPROPS] section 2.800) contains a unique identifier that indicates where the message originated. This property is optionally set, at the implementer's discretion, by a message transfer agent (MTA).
