2.2.1.17 PidTagMessageToMe Property

The PidTagMessageToMe property ([MS-OXPROPS] section 2.801) is an optional property indicating that the receiving mailbox owner is one of the primary recipients of an e-mail message. If this property is present, it is set to either 0x01, in which case, the receiving mailbox owner is specifically named as a primary recipient of an e-mail message and is not part of a distribution list; or 0x00, in which case the receiving mailbox owner is not a primary recipient of an e-mail message. The default is 0x00.
