2.2.1.9 PidTagDisplayTo Property

Type: PtypString ([MS-OXCDATA] section 2.11.1)

The PidTagDisplayTo property ([MS-OXPROPS] section 2.679) is set to a list of the primary recipient display names, separated by semicolons, if an e-mail message has primary recipients. Otherwise, this property contains an empty string, as specified in [MS-OXCMSG] section 3.2.5.2. This property is read-only for the client.
