ExecutePermissions Property

Sets the Internet Information Services Execute Permissions property for the selected folder on the target computer. That Internet Information Services property determines what level of program execution is allowed.

NoteNote

This property is applied recursively to the selected folder and all folders below it, unless it is overridden on a lower folder.

The settings for the ExecutePermissions property are:

Description

None

Only static files, such as HTML or image files, can be accessed.

ScriptsOnly

Only scripts, such as Active Server Pages scripts, can be run.

ScriptsAndExecutables

All file types can be accessed or executed.

This setting corresponds to the Execute Permissions list on the Directory page of the Internet Information Services Web Properties dialog box.
