XhtmlControlAdapter::ConditionalEnterStyle Method (XhtmlMobileTextWriter, Style)

Writes the opening tag for a <span> section, along with attributes that implement the layout and character formatting of the specified style, if certain conditions are met. This API is obsolete. For information about how to develop ASP.NET mobile applications, see the www.asp.net/mobile Web site.

Parameters

writer
Type: System.Web.UI.MobileControls.Adapters.XhtmlAdapters::XhtmlMobileTextWriter
The XhtmlMobileTextWriter object used to render the server control content on the client's browser.
style
Type: System.Web.UI.MobileControls::Style
A Style object.

This method writes an opening <span> element and style attributes if the following conditions are met:

  • The CssLocation property does not represent a physical file.

  • The target Device does not require suppression of cascading style sheet styles.

This method is primarily used by the .NET Framework internally.
