DiscretionaryAcl Constructor (Boolean, Boolean, RawAcl)

Note: This constructor is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Initializes a new instance of the DiscretionaryAcl class with the specified values from the specified RawAcl object.

The underlying RawAcl object for the new DiscretionaryAcl object. Specify a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) to create an empty ACL.

The Access Control Entries (ACEs) in the RawAcl object are cloned.
