FontCollection.Dispose Method ()

Releases all resources used by this FontCollection.

Namespace:   System.Drawing.Text
Assembly:  System.Drawing (in System.Drawing.dll)

abstract Dispose : unit -> unit
override Dispose : unit -> unit

This method does not return a value.

Call Dispose when you are finished using the FontCollection. The Dispose method leaves the FontCollection in an unusable state. After calling Dispose, you must release all references to the FontCollection so the garbage collector can reclaim the memory that the FontCollection was occupying. For more information, see Cleaning Up Unmanaged Resources and Implementing a Dispose Method.

Always call Dispose before you release your last reference to the FontCollection. Otherwise, the resources it is using will not be freed until the garbage collector calls the FontCollection object's Finalize method.
