WriteElementString Method (String, String)

XmlSerializationWriter.WriteElementString Method (String, String)

This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Writes an XML element with a specified value in its body.

Namespace:  System.Xml.Serialization
Assembly:  System.Xml (in System.Xml.dll)

protected void WriteElementString(
	string localName,
	string value
)

Parameters

localName
Type: System.String

The local name of the XML element to be written without namespace qualification.

value
Type: System.String

The text value of the XML element.

The protected members of XmlSerializationWriter are intended for use only by derived classes that are used internally within the .NET Framework XML serialization infrastructure.
