This project is governed by development policies defined in a policy file. The Policy Description Language (PDL) notation in which policies are written must be well-formed XML. One requirement of well-formed XML is that a closing bracket must end one description before another tag opens the next description.

To solve this problem

  1. Close the project.

  2. Open the policy file for this project in a text editor.

  3. Search the policy file for the 'statement' named in the error message.

  4. Add a closing bracket at the end of the description for 'statement', before the next description opens.

  5. Save and close the policy file.

  6. Reopen the project.
