Document cannot be copied to the project directory
When you use an existing document for your project, the document is copied into the project directory and that copy is used in the project. Visual Studio was not able to copy the document.
Make sure that you have permission to access and read the document.
If the document is in a network location, make sure that you have a current connection to the document location.
To test for these conditions, you can try to copy the document to your computer. If you cannot copy the document to your computer, contact your administrator to request permission to access and read the document, and to check if the network is working. If you can copy the document to your computer, try to make a new project using the local copy.
