Remarks
Implementation of this interface involves resolving a participant token, or role, to a list of users. The workflow infrastructure must invoke the provider when assigning work items to users in scenarios where a workflow is configured for role assignment.
Classes that implement this interface can be registered as the ParticipantProvider on a workflow approval or workflow task.
