IAMTimelineObj::SetUserID

The SetUserID method sets an application-defined identifier for the object.

Syntax

  HRESULT SetUserID(
    long newVal
);

Parameters

newVal

Value that specifies the identifier. This identifier is used only by the application and can be any value.

Return Value

Returns S_OK.

Requirements

Header: Include Qedit.h. This header file is not compatible with Microsoft® Direct3D® headers later than version 7.

Library: Use strmiids.lib.
