NDIS receive filter object identifiers (OIDS) are used in the following NDIS interfaces:

In the previous table, the following abbreviations are used to specify the characteristics of the receive filter OIDs:

Q

The OID is used only in query requests.

S

The OID is used only in set requests.

M

The OID is used only in method requests. These requests could be issued for set or query operations.

P

The OID request is required for miniport drivers that support NDIS packet coalescing.

S

The OID request is required for miniport drivers that support the SR-IOV interface.

V

The OID request is required for miniport drivers that support the VMQ interface.
