We recommend that you use Microsoft's IPP inbox class driver, along with Print Support Apps (PSA), to customize the print experience in Windows 10 and 11 for printer device development.

Source code for Plotter.dll, the printer graphics DLL for the Microsoft plotter driver, is provided with the Windows Driver Kit (WDK) for Windows 7. The code is located in the \src\print\msplot subdirectory of the directory tree that contains the WDK.
