Direct3D Runtime Version 11 Functions

The reference pages in this section describe core callback functions that the Microsoft Direct3D 11 and later runtimes supply to the user-mode display driver. The runtime supplies pointers to core callback functions through members of the D3D11DDI_CORELAYER_DEVICECALLBACKS structure in a call to the user-mode display driver's CreateDevice(D3D10) function.
