SkipUserOOBE specifies whether to skip the Welcome Center pop-up window.

This setting has been deprecated since Windows 7. The information about this deprecated setting is provided for reference only.

In Windows 7, it has been replaced by the Getting Started application, which is available in the Start menu. In Windows 8, it has been replaced by the Start menu.

Specifies that Welcome Center is skipped.

false

Specifies that Welcome Center is shown. This is the default value.
