StorageItemAccessList.CheckAccess | checkAccess method

Determines whether the app has access to the specified storage item in the access list.

Syntax


var boolean = storageItemAccessList.checkAccess(file);

Parameters

file

Type: IStorageItem

The storage item to check for access.

Return value

Type: Boolean [JavaScript] | System.Boolean [.NET] | Platform::Boolean [C++]

True if the app can access the storage item; otherwise false.
