SessionState.PSVariable Property

Gets information about the variables that are available to the module or runspace that uses this session state.

Namespace: System.Management.Automation
Assembly: System.Management.Automation (in System.Management.Automation.dll)

Dim instance As SessionState
Dim value As PSVariableIntrinsics

value = instance.PSVariable

public PSVariableIntrinsics PSVariable { get; }
/** @property */
public PSVariableIntrinsics get_PSVariable ()

public function get PSVariable () : PSVariableIntrinsics

Property Value

A PSVariableIntrinsics object that provides variable information, such as the variable name, the variable value, and the methods used to set or remove the variable.

Variables can exist within the context of a runspace or a module. In both cases, they can be scoped such that each variable is created in a particular scope and that each variable disappears when the scope that it resides in is removed.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
