Gets and sets the maximum amount of time (in milliseconds) that Windows PowerShell will wait for an open operation to complete.

Type: System.Int32

A Int32 value that specifies the maximum amount of time (in milliseconds) that Windows PowerShell will wait for an open operation to complete.
