PSTransactionStatus Enumeration

Defines the status of a Windows PowerShell transaction, such as whether it is currently active or whether the actions of the transaction have been accepted or rejected. This class is introduced in Windows PowerShell 2.0.

Member nameDescription
ActiveThe transaction has been started, but its actions have not been committed to or rejected. This field is introduced in Windows PowerShell 2.0.
CommittedThe actions performed by the transaction have been accepted, and all changes are permanent. This field is introduced in Windows PowerShell 2.0.
RolledBackThe actions performed by the transaction have been rejected, and no changes are made. This field is introduced in Windows PowerShell 2.0.

All changes made by a transaction are temporary until they are either accepted or rejected together. One of the main features of a transaction is that all of its actions either succeed or fail.
