PSInvalidCastException Constructor

Creates a new PSInvalidCastException object. Variants of this constructor can create an empty object, an object that contains an exception message, and more.

Creates a new PSInvalidCastException object that is empty.

System_CAPS_protmethodPSInvalidCastException(SerializationInfo, StreamingContext)

Creates a new PSInvalidCastException object that contains information that is read from the provided serialization information.

System_CAPS_pubmethodPSInvalidCastException(String)

Creates a new PSInvalidCastException object that contains an exception message.

System_CAPS_pubmethodPSInvalidCastException(String, Exception)

Creates a new PSInvalidCastException object that contains an exception message and the inner exception that caused this exception to be thrown.

This exception can be thrown by Windows PowerShell or by a custom type converter when a call is made to the ConvertTo method.
