Creates a new instance of the PSEventHandler class. This constructor is introduced by Windows PowerShell 2.0.

Creates a new instance of the PSEventHandler class. This constructor is introduced by Windows PowerShell 2.0.

System_CAPS_pubmethodPSEventHandler(PSEventManager, Object, String, PSObject)

Creates a new instance of the PSEventHandler class, and defines the event manager to use, the object that sent the event, the identifier of the event, and additional data associated with the event. This constructor is introduced by Windows PowerShell 2.0.

This event handler is used for PSEvent objects that represent events that are generated by Windows PowerShell.
