PSArgumentOutOfRangeException Constructor

Creates a new PSArgumentOutOfRangeException object. The variants of this constructor can create an empty object, an object that contains parameter that has the out-of-range argument, and more.

Creates a new PSArgumentOutOfRangeException object that contains the parameter that has the out-of-range argument.
