Namespace:   System.Management.Automation.Provider
Assembly:  System.Management.Automation (in System.Management.Automation.dll)

object CopyPropertyDynamicParameters(
	string sourcePath,
	string sourceProperty,
	string destinationPath,
	string destinationProperty
)

Parameters

sourcePath
Type: System.String

The path to item whose property is to be copied.

sourceProperty
Type: System.String

The name of the property to be copied.

destinationPath
Type: System.String

The path to the item where the property is copied to.

destinationProperty
Type: System.String

The name of the copied property.

Return Value

Type: System.Object

An Object object that contains the dynamic parameters for the Copy-ItemProperty cmdlet.

The provider engine calls this method before the CopyProperty method to dynamically add parameters to the Copy-ItemProperty cmdlet. The Object returned by this method can be any CLR object that has properties or fields tagged as parameters or a pseudo-parameter collection that allows additional parameters to be defined at runtime.

In this context, an "item" is something that contains content within a data store. For example, the items of the file system data store could be files or directories.
