Copies a property from one item to another.

Parameters

sourcePath

The path to item whose property is to be copied.

sourceProperty

The name of property to be copied.

destinationPath

The path to the item where property is copied to.

destinationProperty

The name of copied property.

If dynamic parameters are required by the Copy-ItemProperty cmdlet, the CopyPropertyDynamicParameters method must also be implemented.

In this context, an "item" is something that contains content within a data store. For example, the items of the file system data store could files or directories.


Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
