PSHostUserInterface.WriteErrorLine Method (String)

When overridden in a derived class, writes a line to the error display of the host.

	string value
)

Parameters

value
Type: System.String

The line of characters to be written.

Exception Condition
HostException

The host can throw this exception when it cannot complete an operation.

NotImplementedException

If this method is not implemented, the host should throw a "not implemented" exception when it receives this call.

RuntimeException

The host can throw this exception when an error occurs while a command is running.

This method writes a line to the error display of the host, as opposed to the output display which is written to by the Write and WriteLine methods.
